I'm Bella, CEO of Bella Real Estate. For 10 years I've helped clients rent and buy apartments, houses and villas in Da Nang. Many of our clients come from abroad, so my team and I show properties in person, or on a video call if you haven't arrived yet.
Today we offer apartments, houses and villas across Da Nang, and apartments in four luxury developments: Sam Tower, The Ponte, Panoma 1 and Panoma 2. We help you compare them, arrange viewings and assist you from viewing to move-in.
We also work with property owners and help them lease their apartments.
We work in one city: Da Nang, for rent and for sale. We'll show you options that fit your budget and plans, and we'll explain the terms before you sign.
